Analyze the art movement of the design

Nik Ainley

-Nik Ainley is a UK based designer who has a passion for producing personal art and illustrations.
-He is good in creating 3D typographics.



-The typography is in 3D form.
-It has a nice bevel.
-It create a feeling of depth.
-Edge shading is to create the shadow.
-The edge of the text have a nice shaded quality.
-Texture: glossy surface.
-It has the right depth and lighting.
-3D typo with vibrant color make it more impressive and memorable.
-The use of adjacent color make it look more harmony .
-The use of ribbon to link between the word.

Chuck Anderson


-Chuck Anderson is a freelance artist and designer.
-He is one of the well know graphic designer.
-Chuck has built an impressive portfolio that includes clients from Adidas to Reebok and from Nokia to Sony.
-Chunck Anderson specialize in creating color illustration and his can menipulate the lighting effects very well.




-I like the combination colors and the lightning effect,because It portrayed energetic,power and passion in this illustration.
-The lightning effect is like the light stick growing in the dark.It is very attracttive and eye catchy.
-The use of scale,the biggest illustration in front means nearer,the smaller illustration means slightly far to create the distance.
-The movement of this illustration: first,go to the middle then to the bottom.Because his head is looking down,and the action of tightening shoelace.
-the use of the white lines and the dots add the movement of action.
-The cap and the shoe are without the lightning effect,differrent with the body illustration,shows that, it is promoting the the cap and the shoe.
-This illustration is create for the Reebok Brand.


-The dots serounding the illustration use to emphasize.

-I like the concept and the ways they present the message in their advertisement, although it is a bit ridiculous,but they present their message in a creative way.
-It appropriate with the company slogan which is"Unusual research unusual advertising".
-The people in those poater are doing unusual actions. It is a good idea and a visual language to presents "unusual".
